Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription Plans (Corporate Starter, Team, Growth, Enterprise)

You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

To cancel, email hello@thesocialaisle.com.au or manage your subscription through your account portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. You retain access to your plan and any unused credits until the billing period ends. Monthly credits do not roll over and unused credits are not refunded at cancellation.

If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial charge and have not yet redeemed any credits, you are entitled to a full refund — just contact us.

Bundle Packs

Bundle Packs are a one-time purchase and are not a recurring subscription. They are not subject to this cancellation policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for Bundle Pack refund terms.

Billing errors and disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error after cancellation, contact us within 14 days at hello@thesocialaisle.com.au and we will resolve it promptly.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
